Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on real estate performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing campaigns across multiple platforms and delivering high ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Creation & Management: Design, set up, and manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Search, Performance Max, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, VSL Campaigns, and Programmatic Ads (Eskimi).
- Landing Page Optimization: Enhance landing page performance to maximize conversions.
- Data-Driven Retargeting: Develop and implement data-driven retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers effectively.
- Creative & Ad Account Auditing: Audit ad creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and account settings to fine-tune campaigns for peak performance and increased ROAS.
- Performance Reporting: Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and performance metrics to track campaign success.
Requirements:
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to identify high-performing variations and continually improve campaign outcomes.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor campaigns and strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
