Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Bengali & English Screenplay Writer to craft engaging, high-quality scripts for social reels, shorts, and promotional videos. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for transforming raw video content into concise, compelling, and highly engaging material tailored for social media audiences. You will collaborate closely with our creative and editing teams to develop scripts that resonate with diverse audiences while achieving content objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scriptwriting: Create high-quality scripts in Bengali and English for social reels, promotional videos, and short-format content (2–5 minutes).
- Concept Development: Develop creative concepts and pitches for multiple content types, ensuring they align with the content strategy.
- Content Adaptation: Analyze raw video episodes to identify key highlights, turning them into engaging, bite-sized content for social media.
- Collaborative Development: Work with editors and social media teams to ensure seamless script-to-video execution.
- Research & Storytelling: Conduct research to understand audience preferences and trends, integrating them into storytelling.
- Quality Control: Ensure accuracy, language precision, and quality of the final script for effective audience engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3–4 years of experience as a Bengali Screenplay Writer, preferably for stories, promos, and social reels.
- Skills: Proficient in scriptwriting from concept pitches to full scripts with exceptional storytelling capabilities.
- Language: Strong command over Bengali (Must) and English.
- Education: A degree in a related field is preferred; Postgraduate Degree in Mass Media, English Literature, Advertising, or Journalism is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
